I think some people we taking advantage of this with some of the more crowded games kids on laps that were way too big to be on laps.  Fine to bring them but go sit in the Jr. Bulls Section.  I have two kids and I always have seats for them, even my two year old, man I need the space with those little Bulls!  I still think was a bad idea to change the deal, just police it better.
