  1. Anyone think this could be the first truly bad move of Harlan's administration? We can't give away seats right now and we're going to make long-term fans pay more?

This kills me. After all these years being loyal, having the grandfather deal head over my head then ripped away. I was told when I went from 8 to 6 tickets if those seats are dropped I can't get those seats back unless I pay the present donor level ($1000) for those seats. So in the VooDoo five article about people adding seats at the grandfathered level can't be correct because I was told more than once by USF tickets reps that I could not add more seats with my grandfathered donation could only add seats at the current donation level.
    Of course it was correct
Well as far as the information I was given more than once by more than one USF rep seats could not be added at grandfathered level.

there are no grandfathered deals anymore -- just per seat donation levels (see the chart on the first page of this thread). It was the entire point of making the change to simplify the seat options for people and those who manage the tickets
Correct no grandfathered deals anymore. I was talking about the past not the present.

  4. I have 2 seats in section 134 row R seats 21 and 22, $150 per seat.  We have 4 seats together there so you will be with great Bulls Fans all season long.    I pay $275 per seat, plus it is a green jacket donor level section (Bull Level grandfathered in we pay $250 donation to get seats in this section) so we each pay an extra $62.50 per seat ($250/4 = $62.50).  You will not have to pay donation or the $275 we pay per seat so the seats will only cost you $150 each. $300 total, what a deal!  :GoBulls:   Thank you and Go Bulls.  Send me a message if interested.

  7. Grothe has landed on his feet...

    http://www.tampabay....signs-predators

Here's a transaction rich with irony: Former USF quarterback Matt Grothe, cut loose by the Tampa Bay Storm after playing sparingly this season, has signed with their Arena rival, the Orlando Predators.

Bulls fans will remember that few enjoyed the USF-UCF rivalry as much as Grothe, who engineered

and one complete rout, got poked "
by UCF fans on Facebook and made clear his overall distaste for the Orlando school. And Grothe's pro career got its start -- albeit a short one -- in Orlando in 2010 with the UFL's Florida Tuskers.

And to add to the nostalgia, Grothe was signed due to an injury to Predators backup Justin Roper, best known for throwing four touchdown passes for Oregon in the Ducks' drubbing of USF in the 2007 Sun Bowl.

Orlando's first game with Grothe on roster is against the San Jose Sabercats, who have former Bulls receivers Huey Whittaker and Taurus Johnson on their roster. ...

When they cut him I had a feeling this might happen. The Storm never game him a chance they were in love with the guy Wasil who is not that good but they traded the Def player of the year away to get him so they played him to justify the trade. Glad to see Matt in Orlando.
