  1. I think the league like this option to help WVU get healthy.  They haven't had a week off in 7 weeks and their QB is ailing.

Before we start talking about winning out, let's try to win a road game first.

So now you suggest there is a West Virginia bias?  Hilarious.  Nice to see your argument continues to have zero weight.

  2. Nobody's safety would be put at risk by having the game on Saturday.  Class time wouldn't be missed, plenty of time for travel.  Heck they could have simply moved the start time up a few hours.  If they were that concerned about the storm, classes would be cancelled, activities rescheduled.  I agree, this is simply a football game.  Nothing more, but they overreacted and blew it.

Nice to see that Roy Leap is a member of the board...

  3. Exactly what I predicted in one of the other thread.  Nothing but a bunch of rhetoric.  Missed class time?  When would there be any sort of missed class time for the original game time?  Thanks for completely screwing our homecoming.

Bunch of rhetoric?  I believe that the safety of the teams, family, and fans are the utmost important.  Further, class time is an important factor that should not be overlooked.  Yes, it is not fun that Homecoming has been side-tracked but we cant control a natural disaster.  I am confident that the Alumni Association and Student Steering Committee will work hard to have a great Homecoming, regardless of a hurricane or schedule change.  There are more important factors in life than our homecoming festivities.

    GO BULLS

  4. Why did AJ start to walk back to the dugout?  I mean, that was the last out of the game in Game 2 of the ALCS.  Dont you think if he had any doubt he would have ran regardless?  Great heads up on his part and I do not believe he did anything wrong.

The umps blew the call.  All of them.  Happy Birthday Black Sox fan because your luck wont last for the entire series.

  5. Just as a comparison, Gwaltney has as many yards as Ricky Ponton, our second stringer.  If we lost Ponton for a month, I would consider it a major blow to our backfield.  So would everyone else on this message board.  The numbers on these two are almost identical.  Also, Gwaltney leads their team in rushing TDs, so this tells me he's big in the redzone.

Griff and RH, before you speak so candidly, you might want to know the facts a bit more.  By the way, I just checked the numbers and Amarri Jackson is fourth on the team in pass receptions, but nonetheless a huge threat for the Bulls.

OK, so a guy who averages 31 yards/game is a threat to you?  Well, he isn't to me at all.  I know the kid has talent and will probably be a force at some point but not right now.  His stats speak for themselves.
