0-6 I believe  is George one and done??
Akron 26, Central Florida 21 ÂÂ
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Brett Biggs ran for 150 yards and a touchdown and the Akron Zips took advantage of four turnovers to defeat Central Florida 26-21 on Saturday night.
Akron (3-4, 3-1 Mid American Conference) converted two giveaways into touchdowns and used a pair of fourth-quarter interceptions to thwart a comeback attempt by UCF (0-6, 0-3). The loss extends the Golden Knights' losing streak to 10 games, the longest in the nation.
Biggs scored from nine yards out after Akron linebacker Chevin Pace's fumble recovery in the middle of the first quarter to give the Zips a 10-0 advantage.
Akron got a 4-yard touchdown pass from Charlie Frye to Dan Basch in the middle of the third quarter to finish off a 29-yard drive set up by Reggie Corner's fumble recovery.
Two field goals by Jason Swiger and a 2-yard scoring pass from Frye to Kris Kasparek rounded out the scoring for Akron. Frye finished the game 14 of 24 for 169 yards and two touchdowns.
UCF quarterback Steven Moffett completed 30 of 41 passes for 322 yards and two touchdowns, but his two interceptions were costly.
Moffett's 32-yard scoring pass to Tavaris Capers cut the Golden Knights deficit to 26-14 with 11:55 left in the game.
But Akron cornerbacks Dionte Henry and Dwayne LeFall stopped the next two UCF drives with interceptions to kill the rally.
Moffett did hit Luther Huggins with a 23-yard scoring pass with 31 seconds left in the game, but UCF couldn't convert the onside kick, and Akron ran out the clock.

If he wants to lower his price we can consider but until then we got no $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

JL doesnt fire people, Hobbie was the worst offesnsive coordinator in America last yr and he still has a job...............so if he doesnt want to start firing his peeps then maybe he should go
-
The only reason we owe him another yr is because we do not have the money to buy out his contract and hire a new coach...if that would happen the ticket donation levels will have to go up
-
Maybe the cheap shot with knock some sense into his head and he will start making FG's. Good to know what kickers in the NFL do when they dont have job, Bill was on the sideline always the tee for Santiago
-
Just a thought and a question? There comes a time when a coach plateaus out.............maybe he has brought the program to the furthest pt he could and its time for someone new to take us to the next level
-
JL said on the radio he was injured, he would not give specifics
-
Lights out....I wont spoil the movie for anyone but it was def over rated, they said it compares to Hoosiers and Rudy....No Comparison

1 Conference Loss and Pitt and we should be good to go, if we get 2 conf losses were in trouble
-
First off I would like to say its probably a good think we dont play Houston. They way there are playing Southern Miss and they didnt even look too bad againts Miami.
So what are our chances of go bowling and how many more games do you think we could lose and still go to a bowl?
-
Can someone please update this, when is the game going to be played again time and channel??
-
Make that 2, I was down south no game during the hurricane
-
It is on right now, however if you have digital cable you know how in the "guide" it says what is on the station at the time and it says "South Florida University Football" I appreciate them putting us on the air but someone might want to email them and let them know its USF.

Our offense worked for four yrs with Blackwell, and you do not see teams changing their offense you see them bringing players in to fit their offense whether it be pro or college most teams run the same offense every yr. Our offense is designed for a mobile QB we have been trying to recruit one for 3 yrs now. We finally got one in the Auburn Transfer  but we cannot just change the offense for 1 yr.
Like Leavitt said these are the QB's we got, there is nothing we can do.....I think maybe we should give Gachette a chance but dont you think if JL thought he was good enough he would have played him.
I was the first person calling for Pat last night but after thinking about it, it might not have been the best move to put him in. He obviously was hurt which is why he didnt start, he was put in the game when it was pretty much out of reach, maybe we should have rested him for next week when the game really does count (a conference game)
-
Why does this have to happen...............I rather see Gachette play then Banks..........Ronnie is so bad he should be demoted to the pee wee league that Fisher is playing in
-
I heard that approx 500 tickets were sold from athletics, i dont know how many people got tickets on their own
-
what is that from?

I dont think they will do that........they will always keep the students together and not split them up like that in the two endzones. I have been to many different college stadiums and have never seen the students split up. They started this yr expanding by moving the band to the corner and opening up the whole endzone to the students.
