  1. Took some time off of therapy at the clinic because they advised I could do at home. “Walking “ every day and moved to a quad cane from a semi walker. It strengthened my muscles, but doing extra for my core to keep balance. Working on leg press and extensions. My friend has been a big help. He has worked with the professional teams in their rehabs. Huge help!
