I don't need to learn ****. You need to learn how to read what people actually type instead of flying off the handle like some grown man who still throws tantrums. I stand behind my claim that the "ANNOUNCED" attendance seems pretty close to those actual people in the seats. Especially since the capacity is 45+ as someone else already stated.

And the ANNOUNCED attendance for one of those dreg games you said were pulling near capacity was 31K .... which only a fool would say was "near capacity". Now, that you've been proven wrong it two different threads about that, lets move on to the "bash" problem you apparently have.

An overall 89% capacity is near capacity. And from what I've seen AND proven it looks like those number are legit. And yet to prove you wrong again:

Search under page 334 and while you are there, please wipe the stupid off your face. I'm done with you.

i've already told you ucif has been packing there aluminum wok with 12,000+ students each game this season. but I'm sure most here will still disagree even though I have video evidence to prove it. not to mention make up words i've said by replacing "hash" with "bash". if we don't stand in our truth then we are done. this is our truth.

I actually wouldn't mind a pic from their student section. I tailgated there this year with roughly 20 students in the gorup and only about 8 went into the game. A lot of UCF students I know don't go into the stadium and have told me their student turnout isn't very good.

I know about 20 students who went to the Florida-Georgia Game on Saturday.  I know no one who went to the USF-Houston game.

Those students should be ashamed. (choosing to attend another instate game over attending and rooting for their own school)     (Personal feeling here).     They are most likely never going  to  be USF fans.  (mind boggling to me)  Cant be because they thought UF would win, Even Their die hard fans are calling for Muschamp's head because UF has been stinking it up  and no one thought they would win.

Question to them, Why didn't they choose to attend UF instead of USF?

I may get some crap for this, but can you seriously blame any of those students? Sorry, but that Florida-Georgia game was probably 10 times more entertaining, no matter what the outcome. Add in the fact that that is one of the most exciting tailgates to go to, you cannot blame them at all. It's college, kids want to have fun and going to a USF game isn't much fun.

I was lucky enough to get a FSU v. ND ticket this year and got to enjoy some sweet tailgating. Luckily it was during a USF road game so I didn't have to miss a game. But had USF played a home game that day, I probably would have gone to Tally still, and I wouldn't have felt that bad.

This from the last ucif home game. If you pause it at about 12 seconds into it you'll see it packed.

It's true they had student attendance issues in the past, probably before their Cinderella season, but that seems to have changed.

I don't believe anyone on this thread is questioning UCF's student attendance following a year they won a BCS bowl ... What's been questioned is your near capacity nonsense for lowly games and that video shows that you're full of ****.

Wow! I'm simply answering a request from above "I actually wouldn't mind a pic from their student section."  Which is something you rarely ever do on here outside of complaining like a disgruntled old man. I'd also like to see where you quoted me as saying "bash" before rambling on about it when it was never stated in the first place. As a mod, you should have learned how to read a long time ago before calling someone out without double checking first. Plus the video I provided with the exception of the "left corner" appears to be pretty full. Are you jealous of those ********? Because it seems you are with your ramblings.

Maybe you ought to learn how to use the Quote function a little better instead of wasting valuable space ... and the first lesson is to clarify what you're whining about pertaining to "bash" ... and just stop trying to justify your near capacity baloney for lowly games. The game in that vid had an ANNOUNCED crowd of 39K. The games you were referring to had 4 to 8K less ANNOUNCED attendance ... Plus, you posing as a USF is getting a little tiresome.

The students filled their section. No need to run around pretending like they didn't. The visual proof is clear right there in your face. Unless you can prove better otherwise than that, simply face the music. We need to win badly and stop trying to make excuses. Me posing as a USF is like you posing as a solution.

Our students mindset is different, mostly because we are still a young fanbase. I understand wanting to see a winner, but at a lot of schools it's more than just seeing a winner.  It's just something you do on game day.  My time in Columbia, SC was pre Lou Holtz.  USCe sucked and yet the games were packed and the student section was full.

The students age here are the same as the students age there. The problem is our conference lacks named opponents. South Carolina gets the luxury of hosting UF, Georgia, LSU, Alabama, Texas A&M. Auburn, etc whether they stink or not.

Also, obviously you knew I didn't mean the students actual age.  The mindset is just different.  Kids there grow up knowing that they are going to USC or Clemson, depending on their family, and they don't question it.

Very true. We need to develop a history of winning. Too bad we don't get the default financial advantages of these "P5" teams.

Isn't their capacity close to 43k in the wok?

    45k

And if USF_Bullwinkle bothers to check out their "announced" attendance, he can easily see that "attendance near capacity" hasn't been the case, obviously with the exception of the 2nd half of last season, and the beginning of this one (their attendance has already dropped some this season after their losses.)

If you talk to ANYONE that's not wearing their armor upside down, they'll tell you that UCF can't even get the students to go to the games.

Just found this from the Temple game:

    http://vimeo.com/110080009

The students section is packed. The East side looks somewhat thin, but the students and West side are packed.

Bet you can find pics of a packed RayJay... As little as two years ago they were begging the students to sell tickets to anybody that might show up. Students could get regular tickets for $5.00.

"If you talk to ANYONE that's not wearing their armor upside down, they'll tell you that UCF can't even get the students to go to the games."

I know for the FSU game it was like that, but against other teams at home like a Temple this hasn't been the case for a long time. The UCF students fill out the 12,000 they are allotted thus your statement is invalvid is all I'm saying. Not trying to argue just showing it like it is.

  9.

89% capacity is close in my book.

    What about 77%?

    October 18 2014 - 12:00 PM - Tulane

Bright House Networks Stadium • Orlando, FL - 35,015

    ...Or 63%?

    November 24, 2012 - 12:00 PM - UAB

Bright House Networks Stadium • Orlando, FL - 28,602

We shouldn't hash on anyone with 35,015 attendance for a noon game against a crap team. 2012 against UAB? Not going there. We need to rise up Bulls!

I'm tired of reading article/ comments of people saying the Big 12 would be better off taking UCF, we are 4-1 in the five meetings and honestly we were very close in one of our worst years in history to still beating them on the road. They may be better at this very moment, but that won't stay for long. USF will be back to competing with every team in the state of Florida very soon. Not to mention UCF is yet to beat Florida, FSU, or Miami, wish people would know their history instead of just last year.

Aside from head-to-head record, we dont even sniff UCF's jock in terms of football program success
    http://www.winsipedia.com/ucf/vs/south-florida

Actually we do. what makes them so much better exactly?

Aside from conference titles, ten-win seasons, bcs appearances, i guess not that much.

    Wins since 2010:

    UCF 43

    USF 21

    Conference Championships:

    UCF 3

    USF 0

    10+ win seasons:

    UCF 4

    USF 0

    BCS Bowl wins:

    UCF  1

    USF  0

Seasons finished ranked in Top 25:

    UCF 2(1 being a Top 10 ranking)

    USF 0

    Team APR (academic progress rating):

    UCF 994

    USF 973

    Players in the NFL:

    UCF 16

    USF 13

Coaches over the last 5 years:

    UCF 1

    USF 3

    UCF: On Campus Stadium

I was more talking about FBS era for both teams. Way to take wins since USF has been down and you won C-USA twice. Not impressive at all. We still have the head to head wins, which wins talk for themselves.  We have more first round picks  then, more weeks spent in the ap top 25, a better bowl record, and you have not beaten a P-5 team in Florida. I have saved my favorite statistic other then head to head wins, is this one

    Wins vs Power 5

    USF 28

    UCF 8

Nothing cool about OCS if no body comes.

This isn't valid either. ucif has been near capacity in all of their home games against junk opponents.

I looked this up and ucif has played the "Big 3" only 4 times in the past 21 years (UF 1, FSU 1 and Miami twice). Just sayin'

  13. The one thing I can say without a doubt after the 1st 7 games this year, is that Taggart has changed the culture around USF football.    They may not be the most talented by any means.   The coaches may make some bad calls.   WR's drop some easy passes.   The O-Line still can't block that well.  They don't quit though.     This game today was won because even though we were down 20 the players kept fighting and believing they could win.   It sounds corny, but it's true.    Just compare this team today to the one that faced McNeese St. in game 1 of the Taggart era.    That team just gave up.     I'm not 100% sold on his in-game coaching style like many on here, but as a leader for our team and program, I think he is doing an amazing job.

You cannot realistically believe this crap? It was a comeback win against a 1-6 AAC team. smh
