It will be safe to go in and comfortable for graduation, but it will not be 100% complete. They will still have painting, landscaping, interior graphics, and other things to complete that are not necessary for graduation (finishing the lockerrooms, furnishing the operations office, etc)

I believe there is a ribbon cutting ceremony before graduation. I think it will be 100%

landscaping will take a week at most - there isn't that much land around the dome to deal with.

painting should be almost done from the looks of it. locker rooms have to be close too. club area looked almost there, needed some TVs mounted and such.

it's probably not gonna be stocked up with concessions and point-of-sale machines in the corridors yet, but i'd bet it will be finished to the point where you won't notice much of anything "incomplete". graduation is a great way to market the finished product to the people who will walk into that building as a student and out of it as an alumni. show them it's done and how awesome it is, then mail bomb the **** out of them a month later for some donations. lol

2500 seats for students???? We didn't have 2500 at all home games combined this past year.
