Can someone tell me how many points we have scored this season?  I am too tired to count them and yes I realize that is a very low number.

 159 scored, 312 given up.

Averaging approximately 12 points a game won't win games.

Nothing that has happened give us any hope that things will be any different next year. Nothing. This year has been a complete and total failure. Taggart gets a failing grade for this debacle. He would have passed if this team had shown any improvement whatsoever. How can u not improve from game 1 to game 12. Fail.

I agree offensively the team has gotten worse and that's on cwt. I don't see things getting much better any time soon

Realistically what do you all expect for next year? I'm expecting a lot of the same

18 yards rushing in college football isn't going to cut it.

Our o line is pathetic and soft.

It actually seems like we get worse week after week. CWT hasn't shown much to impress me. I knew we were going to suck, but I thought we'd at least see improvement along the way

I'd like to give Heath the benefit of the doubt, but the team is so poorly coached its almost unwatchable.

 

He looks like John Wooden compared to what we are seeing on espn2.

Most high school coaches and teams look better then what's on espn2

Al Golden's first 3 years at Temple were 1-11, 4-8 and 5-7. Took him to year 5 to get to 9-3.

He didn't turn things around instantly.

 

That was Temple.  Complain about Holtz recruiting all you want, but even if the recruits are not as good as they were rated, we at worst have mediocre talent.  And we are playing much worse on offense.

 

Shoot, look no further than the defense.  Looked like the worst unit in football last year.  This year it looks above average.  The coaches are coaching better on the defensive side of the ball.

That's because cwt doesn't coach that side of the ball.

It means you need a Stanford IQ to run this offense.

Well from an attendance standpoint, even if we go 6-6 or 7-5 next year, if we keep running this grind it out offense, with zero excitement you still won't draw more than 20,000 fans.

When it takes 5 minutes to go 20 yards it really does start to suck.

This program is in trouble in terms of interest level. I hope they have some kind of splash announcement in the off season to get everyone excited again. These games are boring to watch and people aren't showing up anymore...

 

I am not sure what kind of splash announcement they could make other than a huge signing.

Redshirt freshman backup QB Neal Burcham only played a few snaps in ONE game prior to tonite. He came in and shredded our defense for 100 yards passing and a TD. Other than one Hail Mary at the end of the game, we couldn't do ANYTHING. This team is terrible and CWT can't coach them. He makes poor play calls and our team is too dumb/unable to execute them.

Maybe cwt should just recruit and let someone else run the offense

I couldn't have picked a better season to dump my season tickets.

Just imagine how many more people are going to dump theirs after this year. They need to discount tickets and give away free cases of beer to each game
