I had the under in that game - another lock.
Your the guy that constantly reminds everyone of your winning bets. Got it.

Not sure how to interpret the announcer pointing out we were late to take the field “with only 1:35 left before the second half kickoff”.

I thought I read somewhere that we improved
Have we improved even one thing? This is the worst I’ve ever seen from us, under every crappy coaching staff we have had.
Totally. It’s the lack of improvement. Getting beat on talent is one thing. Okay so your blown off the ball. But missing tackles shouldn’t happen over and over.

Recruits... A player coming into the AAC can play at ND, UF, Alabama... Where do you think they will want to go? CCS just left us a **** show. Yall are doom and gloom lol. Makes me laugh. Relax... Good experience for the team even if we look like a joke.
Sure. Getting smoked by 70 should help bring in a wave of talent.

Of course it is. We don't coach guys to get blocked 5 to 10 yards downfield in the run game.
Haha right. Why would we want to make a tackle 5 yards downfield? We should just flail are arms and not get low enough. Solid.

Our defense can’t tackle.
They look like pop warner out there.Exactly. We can rip the talent, but the coaching here is hideous. Teach the team to tackle. Embarrassing reflection of our coaching.

Bell is that guy in waiting. So no changes.
Nothing he has shown suggests he is a good OC here much less HC.

“The perfect call would have been to Wilcox, but he was left in to block”. Haha yes Mr announcer welcome to this year.

You can’t measure the genius of KBs offense by silly things like stats, he leads the nation in best plays called that didn’t convert and that’s way more valuable than silly things like actually converting plays.
He leads the nation in first downs that would have been if there wasn’t a false start.

******** 3rd down call

Hanging in there...should/could be uglier but only down a score here is a huge win

Can’t deal witH tempo offenses.......Who am I kidding. Can’t deal with offenses.

Brutal. 3 false starts on that drive.

He is the guy. Hasn’t even played half a season. Build an average to above average O-Line and we will see Flowers like numbers.

Your point was that our defensive player was targeted? Good luck with that.
Anything above the facemask is the crown of the helmet and you’re not supposed to lead with that.
I just realized I am arguing football with someone who has posted 13k times on a message board. Haha. Dude you are clearly right. Keep reading your books on playing football, watching YouTube videos on tackling and posting. I’ll go play. Good luck.

No, but I’m sure this coach has.
You show YouTube videos on tackling. Thanks for making my point for me.

The person doing the tackling is the person doing the targeting. Common Sense 101. And no, it’s not written to go both ways. It clearly defines who are defenseless players. Those are people with the ball.
You know your right. Obviously you know much more about football and have played much more than I have.

How many times do you say offensive players call for targeting? The ones that are targeting people are on defense.
Sadly you don’t, but the rule is written to go both ways. Anyone that has played defense knows in that situation once you have committed and the offensive player lowers his head it’s too late. Should be a no call.

- Did the player lead with the helmet, shoulder, or arm to attack with forcible contact to the head/neck area or with the crown of the helmet?
Clearly that’s what’s going on here.
Glad you agree. Next time he should just lower his shoulder into the players knee and he won’t get a penalty.

Targeting elements include:
1. Rule 9-1-3:
- (a) A player takes aim at an opponent for the purposes of attacking with forcible contact with the crown of the helmet.
Applies to any player anywhere on the field including offense.

Maybe the defense tackles in practice, because they sure as hell don’t in games. It’s the most disturbing thing and is a coaching thing. Not making tackles downfield even if you are blown off the ball upfront is coaching and we haven’t done it for years now. I hope Scott would teach and fix this.
