The SBCA's goal is to provide an organization for the collegiate athlete that will strive to protect the student's amateur status, while providing an educational grant, professional legal support, mentoring, and a NCAA regulatory environment that is beneficial to the student athlete. By providing this additional support it is our goal to increase the number of collegiate athletes that graduate by 20% while reducing by 20% the number of collegiate athletes that commit serious infractions. The SBCA will initially support the eligible student athletes of the 117 schools that make up Division I football and gradually expand to all schools that belong to division I. Initially we will start with football and basketball athletes and gradually expand to all varsity sports. It is the SBCA's goal to be a role model to the modern day collegiate athlete.
