Lol, perhaps I should have added Red to my username; RedRaiderATX. As in Texas Tech Red Raider from Austin, TX.

My presence will be a temporary stay. I'm just here to interact with our opponent. I'm friendly enough.

Looking forward to chatting with you Bulls!

    Welcome!

Yeah.  There are hotels designated for the AAC in both DC and Annapolis, but the team will be staying in DC because many events will take place there.  There will be bar/wine crawls in Annapolis the night before the game, and parade and tailgate in Annapolis morning of the game.  Outside of that, no official events in Annapolis that I've seen.

I don't particularly like that its disjointed like this, but (if we end up in this bowl) I'd be doing stuff in both DC and Annapolis anyway, so I chose to book with the team.

I booked a room there too - sounds like a plan.

How the hell does a beam get like that? That is very concerning. Very. My wife read that article and refuses to attend a game there. Can't blame her.

I'm fairly certain that's what happens when 3000 students jump in unison to make the stadium shake.

I mean,  it's physics. You create downward force, something has to absorb that force. Things don't twist like that without an outside force.

    Personal safety ....

Although, I think the USF allotment sold out so there may be some that waned to go but couldn't.

This - I'd have gone if I could have gotten reasonably priced tix through USF. But I'm not getting scalped to sit in a rust bucket held together with cotter pins and bread ties and risk vandalism to my car (again) ;-)
