  1. South Florida is the MOST penalized team in the NATION. And I stand by my post - and your response only strengthens it. You have no proof of your comments, only misplaced anger. And your team is only the last three letters of the word "class". Judging by the comments made by the South Florida fans to me, it sounds like many of you fall into the same boat. Good day, Good Riddance. Enjoy being the new Temple of the weakened Big East.
  2. Thank you for the comments. And, as I said in another thread, I was VERY impressed with the protection your O-line gave your QB. They made a big difference in the game.
  3. As a general rule, C-USA refs suck, and they showed it tonight. Plenty of bad calls and bad no-calls on both sides. BTW, I also think the pass interference call was a bit iffy, at best.
  4. Definitely down to the wire. I was especially impressed with your O-line. Good luck the rest of the season.
  5. Eagles see double trouble in Bulls backfield By Tim Doherty The Clarion-Ledger HATTIESBURG  Another week, another dangerous running back. So it goes for the Southern Miss defense. Thing is, the Golden Eagles will be facing a two-headed beast come Saturday evening when USM (2-0, 1-0 Conference USA) visits South Florida (2-1, 1-0) at 6 p.m at Raymond James Stadium. The Golden Eagles had known about USF senior Clenton Crossley, who gained 441 yards and averaged 5.2 yards a carry last season while sharing backfield duties with the now-departed DeJuan Green. But in last week's 45-44 double overtime victory at TCU, the Bulls unleashed a junior college transfer, Andre Hall, who rolled over the Horned Frogs for 119 yards and three touchdowns, while posting another 65 yards and a touchdown on four receptions. "They've got two good backs," USM middle linebacker Dillon Cleckler said. "We've been watching them on the tape, and they're both good." http://www.clarionledger.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20041001/SPORTS030104/410010336
