Due to this being a crazed football season the NCAA had said early on that they year wouldnt count against a players eligibility thus giving them a free year. Example, so wouldnt St. Felix a grad be able to stay for another year(21-2022) and still have his grad year(2022-23) afterward? I've never heard anything else about this since it was announced last Fall. What say you???

The boss (AD) decides what type of team he wants. He then selects his coach based on the style of play and culture - he/she the boss wants.
then hiring is based on specific skills and not reputation or the best “name” available
