    yes he would have two years of eligibility left 2017 RS 2018 RS FR 2019 RS SOPH 2020 -- RS JR -- does not count 2021 RS JR 2022 RS SR

    The boss (AD) decides what type of team he wants. He then selects his coach based on the style of play and culture - he/she the boss wants. then hiring is based on specific skills and not reputation or the best “name” available Replacement pool based on same criterion. just a thought
