Gave up my tickets after the 2020 season after 20 years. It was such a liberating feeling. Today, sadly, I feel vindicated. I have spent enough money and wasted enough hours and effort and don’t miss it one bit. Whenever I want to go, I can….but will never have that feeling that I HAVE to go. Good luck everyone

I am pretty  much in line with above comment. Have totally lost interest in USF football.

Kelly was begged to cut Charlie Strong loose after two years of lousy football with probably some of our best players. I told anyone who would listen that Strong was destroying our program. Kelly didn't  listen and kept him one more year to make sure our great football program was totally destroyed.  With only three wins in three years our program will be many many years to recover, if ever.

    Just so sad!!

  2. I for one said CCS should have been fired at end of last season! Appears I was right. Almost didn't renew tickets or donation for this year. I didn't attend one game. Could not stomach the pathetic on field display of incompetence.

If CCS isn't fired I will understand that Kelly and the Administration do not value my monetary support in season tickets and Silver Bull donation level.

It pains me to think they are going to consciously totally destroy our football program.

If they do not want to commit to a top level program, then there are two choices: 1) Drop back to a 1AA program where we maybe can compete with the limited Administration support. OR  2) Totally drop the football program and quit embarrassing the University.

I think one of those actions will occur if ticket sales disappear and donations dry up, by keeping the incompetence of this CCS coaching staff!

    It is in their hands.

  3. I said CS should have been fired two years ago and again at end of season last year. I couldn't believe Kelly kept him. I almost didn't renew my tickets and donation level.  I refuse to donate to the IPF as long as we have total incompetent head coach and staff. At this point I'm not renewing next year if CS and most clowns are still here.

Our football program is destroyed once again! Skippy and CS the dynamic duo!!!

    Just so sad!!!

I think next season's team is going to surprise a lot of people.  I know what we lose, but I still think we'll be good, just different.

Yes next year is going to be totally different than what we have come to expect. It appears it will not be anywhere near GCO. Probably look like the old mid west teams - run up middle, run up the middle, run up the middle, punt. Don't think we are going to like it at all. Feel bad for our Florida style players on the team. Not going to guess at win- loss, but probably more loss than win.

Execution was terrible today but that might be because we have a coaching staff that is so myopic and dogmatic in their system that they can't see the forest for the trees.  CCS was gifted an offense that could have put 50+ on every opponent this season but his old school "get your nose in the dirt cause I had to"  way is ruining this team.  Gilbert is a horrible offensive coordinator.  One of the more electrifying, dynamic and prolific offenses in all of FBS, let alone the AAC has been neutered by a guy who is so attached to his idea of what an offense should be that he fails to recognize the need to adapt to change to the environment that he has is costing this team in spades.  It's not on him though its on CCS strong to call him into his office and say look 'what did this offense do last year,  that really seemed work, I want you to keep doing that"

Nope, rigid attachment to an ideal is more important than doing what needs to be done to win

CCS and Gilbert have destroyed one of the best offenses in college ball. I have been saying Gilbert should have been fired after the first and every game since. Tonight we suffered a loss that was unnecessary. CCS and Gilbert have basically taken our super QB and made him less than an average QB. The offense has never really been in sync this year. But boy sure do keep trying to run up the gut!
