  1. I also have 6 available for anyone who can use them.  My group and I had some things come up where we are unable to attend.

Below is the link to the ticket thread I started.  I should have started it in this section.  It turns out these are just normal general admission tickets but hopefully someone can use them.

I’m not sure we actually get assigned seats. Last time I went, the tickets were numbered, but you really didn’t get specific seats. All GA.

Yeah last year was a section I believe but I'm wondering due to the anticipation of the crowd they are trying to do seats.  I know last year they opened the baseball field and I'm pretty sure they were streaming on the big screen but I'm not 100% sure about that.

  3. So unfortunately, my group as well as my friend and his son now all have obligations that preclude us from going to the Spring Game this Saturday.  As a longtime season ticket holder (15+years), I got these tickets when they were first announced and had full intentions of going as this is the first Spring Game I'll miss in about 5 years.

Anyway, I can transfer them to anyone who can use them.  I know how to do it on Google Wallet but not sure how else to transfer them so if you know a way, let me know and I'll send them.

    Go BULLS!!!

  4. I've been to about 6 of the bowl games but the two most memorable were both the Charlotte games.

Definitely wanted to be at the first bowl game ever and while we didn't win, it was a great experience.  It seemed about 5k USF fans and 60K NC State fans.  It was kinda fun being the enemy and everyone you saw in green was your new friend if you weren't friends already.

What also made this trip unique was we did it Smokey and the Bandit style.  My friend and I (another USF grad) had to work til midnight at the USPS plant in St Pete and we left straight from work.  Got to Bojangles off I-75 in Charlotte for breakfast, tailgated, watched the game and made it back to my friend's New Year's Eve Party in Brooksville just before midnight....like I said, Smokey and the Bandit style as the game ended just after 3pm or so.

The second Charlotte bowl game against Clemson was Smokey and the Bandit part II.  This time I was already up in the area as I flew to a friend's house in Atlanta and stayed the night.  The next day we drove to Charlotte to enjoy the bowl festivities the night before the game with other Bulls fans.  I believe the bowl game ended sometime around 330pm-ish because directly from this game, we drove south as fast as we could back to Atlanta to try and catch the 7:30pm kickoff for #19 FSU vs #23 South Carolina in the Chik-Fil-A Bowl.  We ended up missing about half of the first quarter but it was pretty cool doing two bowl games in a day.

    Defense.

    Individual game balls:  Daquon Evans

Absolutely!  This guy was everywhere doing everything.  That pass deflection was a thing of beauty amongst his many other great plays.

The scary thing is, and probably due to the thoughts of losing Weaver/Horn/Battie, my friend jokingly said, "We need to take him out of the game" otherwise Saban will walk over at halftime and say, "How would you like to come play for Alabama next year?"

I guess this is just how it will be from now on, sort of like with coaches.  We are happy when they do well but often it will mean that they get poached to go up to the next level of program.

    …yea skyline chili sucks

To each their own I guess.  I have a craving every couple of months for it as I really love it...especially with the habanero cheese.

Its funny though because I have several friends that love it and also several that hate it.  I can't think of any food that is so polarizing as Skyline Chili.  I personally don't know anyone who just thinks its ok although I'm sure they're out there.

  8. I kept thinking the same thing on the one where he chose to run instead of pass.

Too many times, at all levels of football, when given the opportunity most players want to throw to be the hero and try to force a play.  Was very impressed with his decision making based on that play.

Bohannon is head and shoulders above Timmy.

I'm not quite so sure he's leaps and bounds better.  I was and still am enthusiastic about having him here but from what I've seen so far, he doesn't seem to check down very much and locks in on the first WR target and lets it rip.  He did it in the game against BYU and I saw more of it during this game.

Also, I love/hate the deep throw he had late in the game but even that was double coverage...the WR made an exceptional catch on a dangerous throw that could've ended up with bad results.

I still have hope for Bohannon and am glad we have him....just not so sure about the leaps and bounds assessment.

  10. As of right now, auction #110 is going for $350 and auction #116 going for $270.

Same helmet with the primary difference being that #116 has Jeff Scott's signature on it.  However, once you click on the picture of #110, it does say signed by Jeff Scott so not quite sure if they potential bidders know this.

Anyway, It will be interesting to see what the final total of each of these are but I think its curious that bidders would rather have one without Scott's signature than with it.
