When was the last time USF beat Florida in any sport? I assume it was softball. Outside of softball what have we done?

Last year in baseball.  lol 

It's double-elimination till the final game.

So if we beat UConn twice tomorrow (eliminating them), we would only need to beat Notre Dame or St Johns once in a winner take all championship game on Sunday.

It's one of the biggest problems with the Big East tournament that a one-loss team can beat an undefeated team and still be the champion.

Don't really have a problem with it. The teams are separated into two brackets and never cross over to the other bracket. The winner of one bracket plays the winner of the other bracket in the championship game. Seems reasonable to me.

The rule is very inconsistently applied.
