Not sure if this is correct, but I heard we had about 2,500 fans there.  That was an estimate from someone who attended the game.

The only thing that worries me about the future of the Big East is finding five quality out of conference games each year.  In order to play for the BCS national title, Big East teams will have to play quite a few of the Big Boys and teams from the WAC, MAC, CUSA, and MWC, no D-1AAs.

Doesn't the Big East have to have a team finish in the top 12, if not, a school from C-USA, WAC, MWC, MAC, or Sun Belt could take the BE spot for that year if one of those teams finishes in the top 12 above the Big East.  We have an automatic bid until the 2008 season.  Also, after reading WVU's board, they really like ECU and think their program is going to be really good soon.

Lots of people excited, there was a buzz, but I did see quite a few of my friends with their Cane's gear on.  It will be great to win on Saturday to rub it in their face and to convert them to support the school they attend.

Beat Liberty City U and we will be a top 20 team.

I know current students that support the gators, criminoles, and Liberty City U over da bulls.  I think things are changing, but are slow to change.  I have tried to convert some, but it is hard.  We will need to win a bowl game or two or beat a team like Miami to get through to some of these knuckleheads.

;D The Real U is going to invade the MIA and will beat the Canes.  I am loving this more and more.  

They are moving the Michigan at Wisconsin game to ESPN2 at 6:00.  Our game will still be on the U, but people in Louisville have a deal to show the game on a local station there.

Now, I will be at the game, but there has been a lot of complaints over on the UL board about the game being on ESPNU and the fact that they don't have ESPNU in Louisville.  Then UT at LSU game has been moved to Monday, leaving an open spot on ESPN for Saturday night.  Does anyone think we will have the chance to play on ESPN instead of ESPNU?  The student section will be loud and strong, and I can't wait.  This is the most excited I have ever been about football here at USF.

Hey guys, I am new to the board.  I am in my second year at USF.  There is a rumor going around campus that the ESPN college gameday crew will be in Tampa this upcoming Saturday for our big game against Louisville.  Has anyone heard about this?  Everyone is catching Bulls fever, looking to beat the Cards on Saturday.
