Saw this replica helmet for sale on lids.com. Is this something that’s going to be worn this season? I’ve yet to see this design anywhere.

There was nothing in that game to warrant any more exposure on ESPN than what was given. We did nothing significant on a national level. Sure, we were slight road underdogs with a comeback win, and Andre Davis set a USF record, but outside of Nevada and USF fans, that game was a blip on the college sports scene. A show like that mostly focuses on the top 25 teams. You want to see talk about USF, seek out some Tampa area media outlets, or wait until we are ranked. Quit cryin'.

You may want to double check on Murray Bros. As of this past Sun., it is closed for re-modeling.

What about Franks? He definately has prior OC experience.

Was he even considered before Rod Smith got the job?

Doesn't seen to be such a slam dunk as of yet. But hopefully they could find a way to get it done. The Citrus Bowl is an old pile of junk, and you can only keep polishing that turd for so long.

Hopefully he gets dumped sooner rather than later. This would be the perfect time to institute a new offense - going into a new conference with a possible freshman QB at the helm.

And if they are looking for a new OC, how about someone with some significant COLLEGE coaching experience?

Talk about poor adjustments, how do they justify playing PJ in the second half after one completion and way too many inaccurate passes. Yeah, there were too many drops, but I rarely saw any touch on his throws, every pass seemed to be a bullet. I guess last night proves JL's commitment to PJ, whatever that's worth.

I believe the students are the ones that need to create these things. They are the ones who get the stadium fired up. Remember, this is basically the first generation of students that will have had D-1 football for the whole time they are in school. As the wins and quality of opponents gets better, hopefully so will the passion of the students for Bulls football. Thats when the tradition will begin to build. Until then, I'll settle for the green-gold chant.

There is nothing like SEC football. I've been to see us play other SEC teams - 'Bama, Kentucky, and now Carolina. Best road trip so far. Always the nicest fans, and the dressed up hotties doesn't hurt either. I think every USF fan should get to one SEC game to see how it's done. They treat every game as an event. Always a packed house and pumped up to see their team no matter who they play. I think there were more people tailgating after the game than we get before. And I love all the pre-game ceremony. Seventy thou plus chanting Gamecocks and yelling first-down. Just awesome!

I can't wait until we can pack RJS and have that atmosphere of excitement toward our Bulls. Hopefully sooner than later.
