Has USF had it, I am sure they have.  It's just second guessing is the easiest part.

Scott, Strong, Tags, Holtz, CJL. None of them controlled the situation of the games. From late calls causing delay of games, bad use of time outs. Heck, UCF ran the same zero coverage a gap blitz about 10 times causing lost yardage, zero adjustment.

Yeah every coach will have a lapse, but for the good ones it's once or twice a season. For USF it's been every week for almost three decades.

Maybe it's not the coaches but the players. Something in the water down in Hillsborough that causes 18-22 year olds in Tampa to have football IQ that's 50% of the rest of the nation?

Why does every coach who gets on the sidelines for the Bulls have zero concept of clock management, time outs, etc?

Great play call with 11 seconds, but the coach needs to tell the kid throw it away or you're cut from the team. Awful, predictable, ending.
