The Snapdragon Stadium is well designed. 

We can do it cheaper, since they had to spend $88 million to buy the land/zone.

expansion candidates are just judged on money generated. So attendance numbers and tv ratings are really all thats considered. Academics used to be a consideration but not sure if thats still the case

How much does UCF bring to the table versus USF? Over the past 10 years.... 

I said years ago... this whole 'package deal' argument with UCF was pathetic.

A good program stands on its own... and USF said idly by for years; while UCF built their program strong.
