  1. Close, but no bowl 5-7.

Sat., Sept. 5 Florida A&M WIN – If we don’t win by 3 tds, we are in trouble.

Sat., Sept. 12 at Florida State Loss

    Sat.,Sept. 19 at Maryland Loss

Fri., Oct. 2 Memphis Loss, my god what has happened to us that Memphis is not an auto-win.

    Sat., Oct. 10 Syracuse Loss

Sat., Oct. 17 at Connecticut Win

    Sat., Oct. 24 SMU Win

Sat., Oct. 31 at Navy Loss

Sat., Nov. 7 at East Carolina Loss

    Sat., Nov. 14 Temple Win

    Fri., Nov. 20 Cincinnati Loss

Fri. Nov. 27 at UCF Win, because it can’t happen three years in a row. Plus, because we will be 4 and 7 at this point, this WILL be our bowl game.

Dang you must be a ucf fan. No bulls fan would ever say ucf game would be our bowl game!

So you don't think beating UCF the last game of the year would be a big win? Sorry, but like most, I don't see us going to a bowl game. Like it or not, beating UCF would be a great way to end the season, regardless of record.

You are probably right. Finishing the year with a 5-7 record over 4-8 ucf would be absolutely thrilling...

  3. Gibbons should be eligible. He didn't play a down for Stanford

I don't think not playing a down is the driver. Seems it's more about if he was on the team when the season started. Someone noted that he won't have to sit out, as he wants to be closer to family, but as most know, that's not enough to get a waiver.

I'm hopeful he can play right away, but he's still 19 or so, so we can't expect him to be a day 1 starter. But, his rankings give some hope for early impact.

It's already been stated multiple times by credible sources that he's eligible. Bethel is a great get.

    I've heard the same

  4. Were you actually expecting a bunch of pats on the back for your outside the box idea?

    Next on his Agenda

Debating the Merits of the Publix Deli

I like publix chicken, and bakery, but lately have not been too impressed with the quality of deli meats for what they charge.

  5. That's weird. You must not be watching closely.

    Marlon Mack

    D'ernest Johnson

    Jamie Byrd

    Kendall Sawyer

    Demetrius Hill

    Josh Black

    Devin Abraham

All contributing. I'm not saying they're all excellent players, but they are out there, beating out players that are much older and experienced.

Theres a lot of things to complain about. The freshmen/new players are not one of them.

Great post! I would add Swanson too
