Some of the storied college football teams get a lot of buzz for their traditions, so I thought it was time we started sharing some of our own. Over the summer, I talked to fans, tested recipes and created The Collegiate Cookbook: USF Gameday Edition. It's packed with more than 40 recipes (including pulled pork sliders, Raging Bulls Mojitos, loaded baked potato salad, Fourth-Quarter Kaboom! Cookies and boozy green velvet cupcakes) and 25% of the net proceeds benefit student scholarships.
You can check it out on Amazon here, if you're interested: http://www.amazon.com/Collegiate-Cookbook-USF-Gameday-Edition/dp/1492264237/
Or visit CollegiateCook.com to see a glimpse inside the pages.
My goal is to shine a light on USF's tailgate culture and create a stronger sense of community at the games. Shameless plug aside though, I have to know: What's your ultimate gameday meal?

Thanks for all the love and support everyone!
Someone at Amazon.com must be a Bulls fan, because we got word that Amazon is currently offering a 33% discount on the USF Cookbook. Not sure how long they'll be offering it, but please tell anyone you think might want to know.
