jagodzinski interviewed with Tulane a few weeks back. he is head coach material, not OC. He is proven at this level. the problem is his ego has destroyeed his career. He was fired from the UFL last I heard. Zook has failed at every HC job he has had. He may need to take a step back and "reevalute" his career bath. He would make an excellent DC, but taking a DC job in a "lower" league will be a huge step down for him. I think he is Big East HC material like Charlie Strong.

Zook was demoted as UF's DC in the 90s. Great recruiter, terrible coach

Ron Zook didn't do much for Illinois as far as talent and the position they are in, so he may have lost his touch recruiting top talent in Florida.

he brought in Juice Williams, Rashard Mendenhall, and Arrelious Benn.. they were the keystones to taking ILL to the rose bowl
