I'm on the fence.  Hopefully the Big East's new TV contract will dwarf the ACC's and then the ACC becomes an afterthought.

Why? It would end up being a better move and it would also allow our fans to attend more road games.

i like the acc simply because there are more teams, but that's it.  i would hope that a larger conference will have more resilience to stay together.

if the BE can secure a better TV contract and add some teams, then by all means we should stay in the best BB conference and a growing FB conference.

I believe the ACC are more equal than you think.  I remember someone posting data that they might even be worse.  Only way we should leave is if the Big East is on the brink of imploding or the SEC drunk dials us.

I have been following this line of thought lately.  Let's see what marinatto and friends can pull off for TV deal.

Add to that the rumors, speculation and general pot stirring that comes with potential conference realignment.  USF should be ready to act if it looks like leaving the BE will be beneficial, and who know where that may be.
