That tackle is not a horsecollar and it's not even close, while Hampton's absolutely was a horsecollar with no question about it.A horsecollar tackle is taking someone down by the shoulder pads from behind. Not sure if it's the same in college, but I'd imagine so.Note I said collar of the jersey, not the whole jersey. But it looked to me like he had the shoulder pads anyway, but I also didn't see it on TV until 3 am so it's possible I wasn't seeing clearly.
