Bay News 9 is reporting that Marquis Cooper and Corey Smith and one or possibly two others did not return from a fishing trip yesterday. They left early in the morning in a 21 foot boat from Clearwater and were reportedly 50 miles out. I was at the beach yesterday afternoon and it was really blowing and I can't imagine a boat that size dealing well with those seas. I certainly hope they are OK.

what a recipe for disaster. The fishing site i check for tides and weather reported last night 9-11 ft waters in the gulf. In a 21 ft boat i wouldn't dare to tackle 3 footers.
