This isn't a real need position right now and if Roger Frasier is in the mix as well, the Bulls need to go after HS WRs not JC WRs.

Yea Frazier is a monster.Dillard has said he will commit if offered.CJL is playing wait and see with  him.He also said he has ran a 4.28.
