The exodus has begun at the Ville. First Petrino, now Bush, later in the week Brohm? I think we have to be projected to finish no worse than 2nd with these revelations.

If Bush has declared I'm sure we'll hear in 24 hours that Brohm is going too.

I think it was forgone conclusion that Bush was going regardless of whether Petrino Stayed or went.

If Bush had been healthy it would have been UL instaed of UF taking it to the Buck-eyes.  A good NC game would have been UL against UF if Bush were healthy.  That game was boring unless you were a UF fan.

Why would we be predicted no worse than 2nd, if we are 4th in the big east right now?

We are behind UL, WVU and RU in the poll... all 3 of them are in the top 12... we are #29.

If all the changes hurt UL, we still have a loaded WVU and RU team to content with, plus Pitt is still loading up on talent.

Why should Bush stay?  He already stayed once and got a broken leg.  I say go, you owe the school nothing.  Hell, Petrino left without finishing one year of a 10 year contract!  How can UL ask this kid to defer making a living when his own Coach bolted for the cash.  Hell, I'll bet Petrino was sitting in Bush's house talking about loyalty and the program, hypocrit!  Bush was smart, Brohm should b too.

What role did Michael Bush play in Louisville's success this season?

What role did he have in UL's beating the Bulls this year?

Why should his leaving affect USF in the BE next season?

I think the idea is that it isn't just Bush... it is Bush, Petrino, some of their recruits, possibly Brohm...

any team losing that much is going to be affected.

Brohm said that he will talk to the new coach before deciding.

"Quarterback Brian Brohm will meet with the new coaching hire before deciding whether to return for his senior season or enter the draft."

they beat miami and several other teams without both brohm and bush.  colby smith is a senior, but they still have a RB that averaged 5.7 a carry this year on 87 carries.  going to be interesting to see how the new coach transitions, but they might not drop off much.
