Out of curiosity, where would you rank this staff among the Big East and Florida schools?  Some key factors: Game Planning, Recruiting, Ability to move program forward, Payroll, Record

Payroll should not be as big a concern since it seems like USF has stepped up the pay scale to afford most of the Big East coaches.

Overall as a group its tough to say since we have had some key losses and it may be to early to difinitively judge their replacements. Based on the first 2.5 games I don't think anyone would argue that we have a better coaching staff.

The defense looks like they miss the loss of Kravitz, and the one coach I would have loved to have seen go is still calling the plays! Hopefully Grothe will continue to develop despite his OC.
