Why do conferences have their own refs why can't they be regulated by the NCAA and the NCAA only. Every time you have the other teams conference refs doing the game it always makes you think.

That's pretty much the look they showed on TV after the 2nd TD got called back.  I would say that seething was way to weak a word to describe him.  I was pretty sure we were going to see fire shoot from his nostrils and smoke pouring from his ears.  He was very frustrated and very pissed and I really can't say I blame.
