USF Ultimate Frisbee

The USF Ultimate team is about to start up for this year. We are looking for both male and female students for the team this year. Or if you just would love to come out and play a great game of ultimate.

We are hoping to continue the building process from last year and are planning on having a great time.

Practices are at the Fowler IM fields on Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:00pm-9:00ish.

what is ultimate frisbee anyway?  Kinda like touch football, only with frisbees?

Hard to explain. Sorta like football and soccer, but not.

Ultimate is a non contact  : sport in which two teams of 7 try to advance the disc into the opponets endzone for a point. There is no running with the disc. If the disc is dropped/blocked/intercepted then its the other teams disc.
