This is how I see the season playing out.  ;)

Mcneese at USF: Sept. 2

Mcneese takes a 7-0 lead into halftime after a PJ int is returned for a touchdown and the Bulls offense sputters after 3 double reverse attempts in a row.  Hundreds of UCF fans are forced to purchase new pairs of pants.  The bulls come out furious after halftime and hold Mcneese to -47 total yards in the second half.  PJ and Grothe rotate in and out, each leading two scoring drives.  After the game, Leavitt announces that PJ will start against FIU.

Bulls: 31 McNeese 7  MVPs:  Offense.  Ricky Ponton, 114 yds rush, 2 tds.  Defense:  Nicholas. 16 tackles, 1 sack

FIU at USF: Sept. 9

USF dominates from start to finish behind 5 ints and a surprising 489 yds passing (200 PJ, 289 MG).  Hundreds of UCF fans forced to buy new pants.  Mike Jenkins featured on Sportcenters top 10 for his 100 yd int return in which he outraces three FIU the last 20 yds running backwards.

Bulls: 49  Fiu:0  MVPs:  Offense.  Taurus Johnson 185 yds rec. 1 td  Defense: Jenkins 2 tkls, 3 ints, 1 td

USF at UCF: Sept. 16

Fresh off a 41- 7 "moral victory" at the swamp, the knights are flush with confidence.  Starting running back Ricky Ponton is hit in the toe by a stray bullet entering the CB, forcing Moise Plancher to start.  MG and PJ continue rotation, and the defense hounds Stevie Moffett all game with 7 sacks.  After his game ending int near the UCF sideline, Mike Jenkins pulls a doughnut from his sock and hands it to Coach O'leary, earning him another spot on Sportscenter and a 1 game supension.

USF: 37, UCF, 10  MVPs.  Offense, Plancher: 145 yds 2 tds Defense, J. Julmiste: 8 tkls

2 sks.

USF at KU: Sept. 23

A defensive battle from start to finish, with neither team gaining over 200 yds of offense.  Amp Hill makes a one-handed catch from MG in the end-zone as time expires to give USF the win.  Asked to comment on Coach Mangino after the game, CJL can only say " And I thought O'leary was big"

USF:13 KU 10 MVPs. Amp Hill 9 rec, 83 yds 1 td.  Ben Moffit 14 tkls 1 sk

Rutgers at USF: Sept 30

RU comes in at 3-1 and with an explosive offense, but is no match for the two headed monster of Ricky Ponton (sans pinky toe) and Moises Plancher who combine for 330 yds on the ground.  MG is named the starter at kickoff and passes for 165 yds and a td, with no ints.

USF: 31 Rutgers: 21  MVPs. Ponton 223 yds. 1 3 tds.  Moffitt, 18 tks, 3 tfl

UConn at USF:  Oct 7

The Bulls come out hungry for revenge and hold UConn to 34 yds of Offense, while knocking out the huskies top two qbs and the effiminate mascot, which was hit by a PJ zinger in the 4th.  The

Bulls make their first appearance in the coaches poll's also recieving votes, and are # 25 in the media poll following the multiple highlights of the mascots beheading.  NFL scouts begin to notice PJ

(ignoring th fact he is no longer starting) with Kiper blubbering about his "arm strength and tremendous upside)

Bulls 42 UConn 0  MVPs MG. 345 yds passing, 3 tds, 1 int. Verpaele.  7 tkls  1 sk 1 int.

USF at UNC:  Oct 14

UNC takes a 21-10 lead into halftime behind 125 yds rushing.  The second half opens with a 100 yds Taurus Johnson kickoff return, and ends with a 1 yd plunge by Ponton to tie the game.  In the first OT period, the UNC qb is sacked by Nicholas and fumbles into the waiting hands of Pat St. Louis, who returns the ball for a TD.  USF remains # 25 in the media poll, and is tops on the coaches poll also recieving votes list.

Bulls 37  UNC 31  MVPs  Amarri Jackson 3 rec 96 yds, 1 rushing td.  Trea Williams, 2 int, 4 tkls

USF at Cinci: Oct 21

The Cinci defense holds USF to just 14 points, but the offense can only muster a field goal.  Stephen Nicholas manages two sacks, bringing his season total to 7.  Mike Jenkins is 3rd in the country with six int's.  The Bulls are ranked # 23 in the media poll, and # 25 in the coaches poll.

Bulls: 14  Cinci: 3  MVPs  Ponton 89 yds 2 tds  Nicolas 9 tkls, 2 sks 1 int

Pitt at USF:  Nov 4

Pitt comes in at 6-2 and undefeated in Big East play.  Tyler Palko and Matt Grothe engage in an

epic duel that ends when Jerome Murphy intercepts a Palko pass with 1:25 remaining to seal the game.  USF is ranked #19 in the media poll and # 22 in the coaches poll.

Bulls: 38  Pitt: 28  MVPs.  MG 380 yds 4 tds 0 ints.  St Louis, 12 tkls 1 forced fumble

Syracuse at USF: Nov 11

Syracuse comes in with 3 wins and a third string qb.  Matt Grothe is out with a sore throwing shoulder, giving hope to Orange fans everywhere.  PJ's 3rd quarter touchdown pass to Jackie Chambers makes sportscenters top 10 after it becomes clear it broke three of Chambers fingers.  As a result PJ makes Mel Kipers "big board" of best senior prospects.  Mike Jenkins makes his 7th int of the season.  USF is ranked # 15 in the Media poll and #21 in the coaches poll.

Bulls: 27  Syracuse :7  MVPs.  PJ 187 yds passing, 64 yds rush 2tds.  Jenkins 4 tks. 1 int 1 sack

USF at UL: Nov 18

MG returns for the battle with 9-1 Luisville, ranked #8 nationally.  The temperature is 48 at kickoff, with sunny skies and little wind.  The game starts off with a bang, and goes into halftime tied 24-24.  The second half is a defensive battle till Brian Brohm hits Mario Urrutia on a fade over Mike Jenkins, giving UL a 30-24 lead after a missed xp with 2:00 remaining.  MG connects with Amp Hill 4 times driving USF down to the UL 19 before taking a time out with 4 seconds left.  Bulls fans are incredulous as Rod Smith calls the " santeria 33."  The fake snap actually works, but center Nick Capogna's flea ficker pass to Jared Carnes is intercepted in the endzone and the Bulls lose in heartbreaking fashion.  USF is ranked #19 in the media poll and #22 in the coaches poll.

UL: 30 Bulls:24  MVPs Amp Hill 13 rec 146 yds 2 tds  Nicholas 12 tkls 2 sacks

USF at WVU: Nov 25

Undefeatd WVU is ranked #3 in the nation and snow is swirling at kickoff in what looks to be a bad day for Bulls fans.  However, the Bulls defense puts on a display for the ages holding WVU scoreless after the first quarter and makind up for the offenses inability to score with two fumble returns for touchdowns.  Several WVU players are spotted burning couches on the sideline in an attempt to keep warm.  The Bulls are ranked # 14 in the media poll and # 16 in the coaches poll.  The three way tie atop the Big East results in UL going to the BCS bowl, USF to the Gator Bowl, and WVU to the Houston Bowl.

Bulls: 14  WVU: 7  MVPs Plancher 14 rushes 65 yds.  Julmiste, 9 tkls 2 sks 1 fmble return td

Gator Bowl: FSU vs USF

Called the "dyslexic bowl" by the national media, this one proves to be a classic.  With two of college footballs worst offensiv coordinators calling the plays, the defenses are dominate with FSU nursing a 14-10 lead with a minute remaining.  Matt Grothe drives the Bulls down to the FSU 11 taking a timeout with 1 second remaining.  Bulls fans everywhere cringe as the TV cameras show Rod Smith sketching elaborately on his dry-erase board.  As the Bulls take the field many note PJ lined up as a blocking fullback and cringe.  At the snap Grothe hands off to PJ who sweeps right, pitching to Amarri on a reverse. Amarri barely avoids an FSU defender before pitching to Grothe, who has dropped back from the line of scrimage, Grothe is immediately swamped by defenders but

manages a left- handed duck to PJ in the flat who "trucks" two FSU linebackers before diving into the end-zone for the victory.  USF finishes the season ranked # 9 in the media poll and # 10 in the coaches poll.

Bulls: 16  FSU: 14  MVPs  Grother, 212 yds passing 2 tds, 2 ints  Nicholas 12 tkls 1 sack

Hahahahahahahahahaha.

This is the best series of predictions out there yet.  It has the same value in terms of who wins and loses, but on top of that is actually entertaining.  This would sell.  I bet ANYBODY who reads this would laugh, for one reason or another.

So you're saying we'll be averaging 30+ points going into the last two games?  What offense have you been watching the last couple of years?  I like your enthusiasm but that is dream if you think its really going to happen.  Plus we'll definitely put points on the board in the first half against McNeese St.
