Granted, i realize that this cant happen for USF football specifically, but the idea of trying to reach out and ask the fans what THEY would like to see, is a great one.

Cowboy up some big $$$$, and I'm sure USF would reach out to you.  On line polls are fun, but, just from being on this board there is no way USF can please everyone if it allowed fans to vote on the layout of the B-bal court for example.  I would prefer for USF to do things in a professional manner and not by some bush league manner in attempts to gain some fan support.

That was a good way to make sure that 48% of their fans, that were comitted enough to vote, end up unhappy.

No matter what they, or ANY school does, some people are gonna be not happy.

I just like they fact that instead of asking a bunch of "focus group" people, they asked the fans. And, like things should be done, majority rules.

Why should things be done that way? So that we can have the least informed making the heaviest decisions? Thanks but I'll pass.

Least informed?

Heaviest decisions?

1) the fans are the ones that FUND the program. correct? that's a slap in the face to call the fans, all of us, the least informed

2) i didnt say put every decision up for a **** vote, i thought it was cool that someone let the fans decide what they wanted to see on the football field. HOW many times have we had discussions about similar issues? these arent life changing, "heavy decisions" here....

Did you take a gander at  how they keep the fans up on the progress of the work being done on their football field?

If not go to the home page and click on the "construction cam" icon.

That sounds alot like lets let everyone decide on only on cosmetics. I may not like alot of decisions our athletic programs make but at least Woolard is stand up enough not to vote on them.
