I talked to Coach Dawsey about it (fellow FSU alum) a few months ago and he was asking me what I knew about it.  I told him what Weatherford told me about the situation and he said he heard the same story and also said USF wouldnt make a run at him.  

I've noticed USF doesnt fall into the trap of going after these "cancer" type players.  A lot of it has to do with the talent level on the team and the fact that USF isnt in a postion where they are desparate and take guys that might bring down the morale of this up-and-coming team.

I agree, the kid has issues, he basically called into question the FSU coaching staff after the Florida debacle.

I'm glad we're not adding (or keeping for that matter) players who fall outside of what Leavitt wants here.

No doubt, stay away!  We got a good transfer in Amp Hill, and don't be surprised if Ean Randolph doesn't surprise some people next year too.

The kid wants the NFL fast anyways ... he wouldn't make the impact we need versus the problem he very well could produce.
