Whatever. The only move that will matter for him is who he convinces to join when the 4 leave. If you don't extend him, you run the risk of him leaving and now you're trying to add product in a year or two with someone learning on the job. At this point, I'd prefer Aresco over whoever else the AAC can convince to take the job.
