Kelly hasn't done anything to change my opinion that he, as an AD, cares the most about USF since since LRS. Whatever he does, I think will be the best thing he can do for USF under the circumstances.

Well said. I said it tons before and I will say it again, if ground breaking starts in the off season for the IPF it is a win long term for USF. It shows everyone that we are committed to the program and will attract more coaching candidates in 2020 if we need to change coaching staffs

I have an idea.  Break ground on the IPF in this offseason AND hire a new HC that is attracted to our commitment to the program this offseason instead of next

Would be the best thing but I don’t think USF has the funds right now for both.

Yeah, an indoor practice facility will fix their problems. The program is entirely devoid of tradition. Actually, since CJL was dismissed, the program has a cumulative negative tradition. 

Frankly, until the day we somehow get an OCS, this is the turd that just won't flush.
