Watching tonight's game at Tulsa and they also have them. Thought that we could not bring noise making items into Ray Jay? Is this a conference or facility rule? RayJay bag check didn't allow me to bring in a small plastic 8" megaphone to game. This was the first season since I got it at USF Homecoming 7 years ago that they didn't allow me to bring it in.
