During the game yesterday QF showed outstanding leadership. Specifically, when the D came off the field after stops he walked down the sideline and thanked each member and shook their hand. He did it not in an emotional way, but in a heartfelt way. This is something no tv camera will ever see. It happened on the sideline. The culture of USF has changed and "Team" is priority one. Outstanding leadership from QF. It starts at the top and Coach Taggart was all smiles at the end of the game engaging the USF fans. Yesterday was a great day. BTW, Dinosaur Bar-b-que is epic. Go Bulls!

Props to QF but props to the coaches too

QF is an emotional player, and it was negatively affecting him early in this game. Two drives ended with CWT having to settle him down coming off the field. The 24th is going to be a very emotional game. Lets hope QF channels this energy positively and continues to display the leadership you saw. He said early on this game reminded him of Maryland last year and he sensed the team was flat. So he apparently got real vocal and in some people's faces on the sidelines which is kind of out of character for him. Finally this team has leadership and a will to win. Not evident in the skippy and early CWT years.

It's one of the intangibles successful teams share. Of course it was only on TV, but it appeared the Seminoles lacked that amidst their blowout. They looked and acted defeated early.
