There is an article in the oracle about how Usf is being accused of mishandling a sexual assault claim and now is under federal investigation. It stems from an alleged **** back in feb 2014 that she told officials at Usf but not the police. Not sure if Usf is in trouble but it's st least something to watch out for

Actually, the article says she told some advocacy center the next day who had a policy of informing the university.

The article quotes her as saying that she did not ever use the word "no"

The article states 95 universities are under federal title 9 investigation... wow.

I am not saying she is not a victim, it sounds like she may have been scared into some sexual acts with someone she was dating for 3 months, unfortunately for her, if her story is true there really is not any evidence to show her story happened as she describes. But from the article, it sounds like nothing will come of it, the university determined no cause and her appeal also found there wasnt evidence.

Unfortunately, it sounds more like break up sex to me. I can recall numerous times breaking up with a girl and then we hook up one last time... college was so enjoyable!
