She is - but so are all other University Presidents. Grading on the curve she earns her money... though I must admit you do have to swallow a bit when you write that check to USF Foundation (or any other academic institution).

These aspects are fairly big and not a part of her comp.  Overall comp she is probably 3rd or 4th

 

  1. Tenured professorship
  2. Deferred compensation
  3. Annual retirement contribution of $75,000
