Only because they think the Bucs would end up picking 4th.

Nope.  There's another mock draft on Yahoo with the Bucs taking him at #2.

Winston has no choice but to go pro.  He isn't passing his classes.

Manziel is a bust.  He tweaked his leg in the previous game, and he did not play.  Now Hoyer is out.  You would think that Johnny Football would drag himself on the field to play, but he is going to sit out the final Cleveland game as well.  What a tool.

Real QB's like Marino, Bradshaw, Brady, and a list that would take hours to type would go out on the field with both legs broken and ride in on a wheelchair.  99% of the time those QB's in a wheelchair would will their team to a victory.  A self important putz like Manziel would and could never do something like that.

I don't know if it's a 3.6 but it is so annoying when people question his intelligence based on his race and southern accent.

I know you don't need a lecture Ricky, but this guys fairly intelligent. I think it's immaturity and an effort to fit in, but he's really developed a negative accent since high school. If you watch his elite 11 video, he doesn't have the same draw, and sounds very intelligent.

I see what you're saying, but Manziel isn't on the level of those guys and most likely never will be. I don't think any franchise will play a kid with even the slightest injury. And let's be honest, that's not the reason he looks like a bust. I'm not ready to write off a kid with less than 4 hours of professional experience, but he looks like a bust because of his poor play. I hope he turns it around, though.
