Vinik is really smart.  Having the med school there would give his other investments a better chance of succeeding. The more people that are around, the more opportunities businesses will have

And he's hired Tally-connected lobbyists, which is very shrewd. There's some serious stuff brewing behind the scenes, we're only getting glimpses that the media is able to report on.

Sounds like it's going to happen and be bigger than a baseball team in tampa according to this article. This will really help both tampa and USF if it does happen
