This kid is worse than Johnny Manziel. Winston continues to embarrass FSU

That one is a bit long winded, however, provides a complete story.  Unlike the E-SEC-PN and NY Times spin.

"I don't know if Jameis Winston sexually assaulted the woman." ...

"Sorry, I don't believe she did all that to falsely accuse Winston of a crime. I don't believe those are the actions of a woman who is just making up a story to take money from a future professional athlete – one who had yet to take a snap for FSU."

This analysis is stupid.

I don't care what this write believes to be or not be true.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The account of the events, according to this writer, make the accuser's story that much more shoddy at best.

The writer makes the case that the girl was "violated" when Casher bursted into the room to "try to embarrass Jameis."  Doesn't appear Winston was too embarrassed, but the girl sure was.

Bottom line is we DON'T know if Winston assaulted the woman.  Unless you are a voyeur and you had some sort of camera in their bedroom when the tryst was taking place, you don't know he did either.

The explanations about impairment, or lack thereof, of the woman in that article certainly belie her account, as she's claiming it when numerous others said she wasn't, and tests during the **** kit showed she wasn't.

But the writer is correct, this all happened before Winston was a household name - I definitely don't see this as a money grab, I see it as an embarrassed chick trying to save face with her dad and boyfriend, assuming that the investigation the writer detailed is accurate.

That doesn't determine sexual assualt.

Possibly. But we don't know either way, and neither does the writer (even from his details). So, what she/he believes (the writer, accused, or the accuser) means nothing to me or the justice system.
