Mainstream media news is dying; would be nice to start driving a stake into the heart of ESPN

It will be live on ESPN3 and available to watch at any time the day after.

I like watching, mostly for the player interviews. And it helps get me in the mood for football.

Same for me as I get an overview of the conference and it means it is almost game time.

This league is too incognito for me.

Maybe they are going for a hipster underground thing.

Media day sponsored by Pabst Blue Ribbon? :D

It would be like you abandoning The Bulls Pen. It would send the message that the conference doesn't care about promotion of the member schools and is just going through the motions.

Seriously, if the AAC abandons Media Day, they proves they are Little League. They wrote letters to the NCAA Steering Committee Chair about the P5 breaking off and rules of joining them, they need to act Big Time, not Bush League.

the aac and similar conferences are  rinky dink lower tier conferences

they dont need a media day

not many care

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
