I stayed there back in 07 so it may be nicer. Good location to the school and I-75 and they are all single story apartments so no neighbors below or above you which is what enticed me. But the 3 police raids and the fact they could not keep either of their pools clean was terrible. Not to mention it took forever for maintenance to fix the smallest issues. I'd check out to see if there are any condos in Raintree Village for rent.
