Best bit Fr. Guido did was about his 5 minute college.  Briefly, he explained that you go to college for 4 years and you come out remembering only 5 minutes worth of information.  So why waste all tho

My old boss at USF actually used that 5 minute university bit in a presentation he did on learning.

 

We had a priest at our church that kept his sermons to 5 minutes and explained it as wanting you to remember what he said.  Worked a large majority of the time.  Maybe he was a graduate of the Theology portion of the Fr Guido's 5 Minute University.
