yosoy, great post. I started getting a little deflated when reading a comment like,

 

DeMarcus Cousins ... says, "When Cal is chewing you out, Coach O is always a guy you can go to."

Oh no, he's like Skippy!!

 

But then read along about the guy's history and leadership ability, and eventually get to:

 

Jon Hood ... "And he just reamed us for a good two minutes. He said, 'Y'all are playing like you don't have any heart. You all are playing scared' -- and some stuff I can't repeat."

 

...and I breathe a sigh of relief. This is a great story. He's passionate, energetic, and has a solid basketball IQ. Oh, and he can recruit! Now in the "like the hire" camp.
