      I just had to give credit to the great group of people who handle our season ticket sales. I just got a handwritten note thanking me for renewing my season tickets. In a world full of electronic information, it was so nice to see someone caring about my choice in a personal way. If this doesn't show true class, I don't know what does. Thank you for a job well done.
