Richard Pitino left FIU after only one year. I doubt he would leave Minnesota also after only one year.

 

Maybe all it took was 1 cold winter.

Shows how much I know about basketball, I read the name on this and thought, "Who the hell names both of their kids Richard? Was Pitino's dad a friend of George Foreman?!?" Then I looked it up and found out that Rick Pitino and Richard Pitino aren't brothers.

Names are coming from the media.  They hear a name then jump to conclusions.  Until we find a coach, every name in coaching will be thrown around.  Just like Higgins was reported to be a candidate for AD.  He never was a candidate at all.
